This is where coaching comes in. I provide customized support, wisdom, and practices to help you reclaim your agency and live from your soul's deepest knowing. My style is to listen and engage with my whole heart—deeply compassionate and kind, but also direct. I'll encourage you to love yourself completely, listen fully, consider different possibilities, and push past your edges to move forward, because that's where true growth happens.
My Approach
I believe we all have access to profound inner wisdom, but often can't hear it through the noise of conditioned thinking, cultural expectations, and fear of emotional discomfort.
The experimental approach I share helps you reclaim your ability to act and exercise agency by:

Developing a healthy relationship between personality and soul - Learning to honor both your human needs (like rest, affection, and financial security) and your deeper calling (like creativity, service, and authentic expression)

Using your full capacities - Including your body, intuition, emotions, mind, dreams, and subtle senses to understand what's within and around you. This might look like noticing when your body tenses during certain conversations, trusting an inner knowing about people or opportunities, or paying attention to recurring themes in your dreams.

Building capacity to be present with all emotions - Welcoming difficult feelings as teachers rather than obstacles. Instead of numbing anxiety with busyness or avoiding sadness, you learn to move through emotions and extract their wisdom.

Moving from reactive to responsive living - Making soul-led choices aligned with your values. This could mean redirecting the urge to comfort-shop or having a calm conversation with your partner about finances instead of shutting down or getting defensive.

Creating authentic connection with others - Showing up as your whole self in relationships rather than performing roles you think others want. This includes expressing your wants and needs clearly, sharing your true thoughts and feelings, and allowing others to see your vulnerabilities.

Learning to co-create with life itself - Trusting the intelligence of the universe while taking inspired action. This looks like staying open to unexpected opportunities, following intuitive nudges, and taking steps toward your goals even when the full path isn't clear.

How We Work Together
Our coaching relationship is a sacred partnership. I bring my full presence, extensive training, and years of experience walking this path myself. You bring your willingness to explore, experiment, and grow.
In our sessions, we'll create space for whatever wants to emerge. This might include exploring your inner landscape, identifying patterns that keep you stuck, developing new routines, or practicing new skills. I'll offer tools, practices, perspectives, and gentle challenges while always honoring your unique wisdom and pace.
