One-on-One Resiliency Coaching


We all need skills to help us get through tough times in life. Whether it’s the everyday stress of juggling work and home life or the fear of what lies ahead, you can build your capacity to respond to life with a calm, clear heart.

Prolonged stress is a triple whammy. It takes a toll on your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. During our time together, you’ll build the habits and capabilities to move your body and mind from stressed-out, to calm and focused.

Our work together is custom-designed to meet your unique situation and needs. You’ll learn validated practices like HeartMath techniques, Emotional Freedom Techniques, thought and emotional agility practices and more. When used consistently, you can increase your ability to move more easily through difficult emotions and situations.  Resiliency is a muscle you can build!

After each session, in addition to feeling calmer and centered, you’ll walk away with new insights and actionable steps. Your body, mind and spirit will thank you!

One-on-One Transformational Coaching


If you have reached a point in your life where enough is enough and are ready to make significant changes, this is for you. This next level coaching is for those who are “all in.”  It’s designed to meet you where you are today and help you nurture the life you want into existence.

During our time together, we’ll create a personalized self-care plan specific to your needs that supports the vision you have for your life. Together, we focus on four pillars of wellness:  Body, Mind, Connections and Environment. Together you’ll create the identity, beliefs, habits and systems that allow self-care practices to stick.

The change I help facilitate is not surface level. It requires a new way of doing and a new way of being. Part of you must change: old identities and beliefs fall away as others take their place. Old habits are dropped and new habits are created that support the identity and life you want. You create the scaffolding your heart and soul need to come forth into the world. It will require your will and your imagination. I am there to support you every step of the way.
