Self-Care, Self-Love
How you take care of yourself influences everything-- your energy levels, mood, health outcomes, relationships, and cognition. It impacts how you show up in the world and what you are able to accomplish.
I’m not talking about going to a spa. I’m referring to daily routines and rituals that are nurturing, loving, regenerative and enjoyable, and that work in your life.
Self-care is an act of self-love. In our culture it's a radical act, which is why it's even more important to make your wellbeing a top priority. By doing so you give others permission to do the same. Imagine if we all designed our lives with self-love at the center.
During our time together, we’ll create a personalized self-care plan you love in four focus areas: Loving your Body, Freeing your Mind, Deepening your Connections, and Crafting your Environment.
Together you’ll create the identity, beliefs, habits and systems that allow self-care practices to stick. I’ll be there to guide you, cheer you on, lovingly hold you accountable, and help you cut through what stands in your way.
HeartMath Plus
The heart is a powerhouse. Much more than a pump, the heart has its own brain, produces hormones, and creates an electromagnetic field that permeates all organs of the body. It's no wonder it's considered a spiritual center in every major religion.
In this coaching series you will learn to feel into your body to map the state of your nervous system and its physical, emotional, and mental manifestations. How does your system align with the situation at hand, who you want to be, and what you want to do? How can you allow all your emotions to move through in a way that doesn't overwhelm? How can you feel a fundamental sense of wholeness, safety, and freedom to express?
You will learn ways to influence your system by tapping into the power of your heart and the wisdom of your body. When you align with your heart, your whole being comes into balance. It is simultaneously healing and freeing. I call this HeartMath "Plus" because we explore multiple tools and goals beyond the HeartMath technique.
Navigating Transitions
Change can be the catalyst for growth, greater freedom, and more beauty in your life. The key is to be open to harnessing it.
Life changes like starting a new job, moving, becoming an empty nester, getting divorced, or retiring are filled with emotions. Grief, excitement, fear, and joy emerge. These emotions can feel overwhelming, but they also hold the potential for deep insight and transformation. I help you be with these emotions, guiding you to use them as tools to gain greater clarity and peace. In doing so, you’ll uncover opportunities to realign your life, create new routines, and live into different ways of being and doing.
Navigating life change is near and dear to my heart. In my adult life, I have lived in 5 different countries, changed careers, gone back to school in middle age, become a mother, lost both parents and a best friend, and navigated a year apart from my husband. It was not easy. In fact, it often sucked. But the most difficult times of change were the most important in terms of self-growth and discovery. Every change I navigated afforded me opportunities—some of which I was oblivious to and some of which I embraced. Now, with decades of major life changes under my belt, I am seasoned in the art of change. The last several I’ve made were conscious, intentional, and aligned with what I value most. Through an intentional change process, I created a life I truly love.
