Love your body

Your body is your home on this earth. Lean in, listen to what it needs. Lovingly care for it every day.

No-one gets much done when they have the flu. It’s obvious that the flu makes you feel awful and gets in the way of doing what you want.

It’s not as obvious that daily neglect of your body has the same effect. We don’t always make the connection between staying up late to watch Netflix, eating a bag of chips, or sitting at your desk all day and things like depression, anxiety, chronic illnesses and low energy.

But the connection is real. How you treat your body has a direct effect on your energy, mood, thoughts, emotions and ability to make good choices and get things done.  Taking care of your body directly influences whether or not you’ll develop chronic illness or disease.

Research in fields like nutrition, the microbiome, neuroscience and epigenetics reveal how much control your lifestyle has on your overall mental and physical health.

I’ll help you develop life-long habits that strengthen your body like healthy eating, exercising and getting quality sleep.
