In our work together, we’ll gently explore the patterns and beliefs that may be keeping you from feeling your wholeness or living the life you long for. As awareness grows, new possibilities open. Step by step, this can become a soul-led way of living — one that nourishes you and naturally ripples outward to those you love and the world around you.

Whether we meet one-on-one or in a small group, I offer room to breathe, to listen inward, and to connect with the deep wisdom within you.

 

You'll have space to be compassionately honest with yourself and to explore possibilities you might not have considered before. I'll encourage you to listen to your body, your emotions, your intuition, and your dreams. Together, we'll figure out what you truly want, notice what keeps getting in the way, and practice moving forward in a way that's kind, brave, and curious

My clients tell me they feel deeply supported and gently challenged at the same time, like they have the safety to explore and the encouragement to be bold.  You're invited to bring your full self here, the messy parts and the sacred dimensions, whatever that means to you. The goal isn't perfection (that's not an actual human thing). We're moving towards transformation that helps you live with more clarity, presence, and purpose.​

Why work with me?

​

​​My greatest preparation has come from living this work myself.​  I have grieved the loss of loved ones at an early age. I've moved through depression and anxiety. I befriended a severe inner critic.  And I've learned to trust my own wisdom, even when life felt deeply uncertain. I am committed to living fully and finding joy, even through the hard stuff. And I want to help you find your way too. I bring both professional training and lived experience to our work together.

I've trained in a variety of approaches, each offering different ways to support your unique journey:

 

  • Certified Coach and Positive Psychology Practitioner – practical, research-based practices for well-being and flourishing

  • HeartMath Facilitator – techniques to regulate your nervous system and restore balance

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for coaching – skills for psychological flexibility and values-based living

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) for coaching – a compassionate way of working with different parts of yourself

  • The Change Triangle – using emotions as a pathway to authenticity and deeper connection

  • Mindfulness and Meditation Instruction – over a decade of practice and formal training with John Churchill of Planetary Dharma

 

Rather than following a rigid formula, I weave these methods together intuitively, always in service of your clarity, resilience, and transformation. Because this work is all about you.​
